LIU Brooklyn sophomore Mica-Jonathan Petit-Homme earned Second Team All-America honors at the NCAA Men's Track and Field Outdoor Championships in the 400-meter hurdles on the first day of competition on Wednesday evening. Petit-Homme ran to a time of 50.96, just off his best time of 50.78 set at the NCAA East Regional Championship earlier in May. The lone Northeast Conference competitor in the event, he placed 12th overall, just missing a spot in the eight-person final.
